Just make them flip. You got the edge if you do this, you have the energy acceleration compared to the Gengar player. Uxie is "cute" for the matchup but most gengar players won't let you ko a Gengar that way.
you can't KO gengar that way as long as it is played along w/ nidoqueen, gengars new best buddy!

-2 night maintence +2 pokemon rescue

You'll have turns where you need to get that bedrill out of the discard right away. I PROMISE

- 2 poke blower +1 warp point + 1 Cynthias....in case you get a slow start, plus it will dump all those trainers in your hand against genger.

And 4 BTS is Over Kill. You'll Have Better luck With 4 Rare candy

so
-2 poke blower
1 BTS
2 Night Maintence

+
1 rare candy
1 Warp Point
2 Pokemon Rescue
1 Cynthias

Lookers is also a good option since you can pull up and snipe their claydos and Search engines

u know the easiest way to get past gengars fainting spell is to hit there gengar for 90 while have only 3 drills out then next turn uxie restore the gengar ko lol and if they have quenn out well that a different story

It's good to remember that 7 out of 8 times, TSD is the same or BETTER than Pokémon Rescue. I'd never use Pokémon Rescue over TSD.

I kinda like this list - the Poke Drawers and the energy count. I like Quick Ball better. I also think you can go with less energy.

I'm not going to make a fix, but looking at your list you could cut a few Super Scoop Up, Pokeblower +,
for a Warp Point, Rare Candy, Cynthia's Feelings, and 2 Uxie. You could try Shaymin, but I haven't tried it.
You could also try adding another Unown G.

Warp Point helps against Mr.Mime, Glaceon, and Dusknoir...to stop Dialga G, you could try running a pokemon that know Amnesia like Bidoof (Diamond and Pearl)--- but it may or may not be worth it-- maybe with Bibarel.

I tried Upper Energy and it kind of works, but it slows Beedrill down a bit.

If you go more pokemon heavy with techs, Pokeradar looks like the way to go.

You could also try adding some Cyclone or Call Energy.

Again these are just some ideas....

Hope that helps.
