Spiderman 3 (Possible Spoilers)

Just got back from the movie spidey becasme a g in it then went back to normal after pissing like everyone and thier mothers off :lol: 5 stars i liked the movie

i never read the comics, but i did enough reading on wikipedia to know how things went on in there. to be honest, i'm happy with the direction they went with for the spidey trilogy. come on--you didn't HONESTLY want what happened in the comics to happen in the movie the exact same way, right? think of the movies as a sort of "rebirth" of the whole franchise, because thats what it kinda is.

the inclusion of dr. conners still having part of the symbiote left the possible door open for the spidey 4 story. they've teased us long enough by including dr. conners in the second and third movies--lets see the lizard and carnage in the fourth. :) perhaps even kraven the hunter?

oh, and harry is definately dead--you saw the funeral. and i can't imagine them bringing back venom. just bring on carnage.

Wow, I cant beleive you think Harry is dead. I mean didnt you see how fast he healed from the "bonk" on the head. Most of the time they arent dead and the fact that they posted somewhere that a Main Character that dies in Spidey 3 isnt really dead.

he's 6 ft underground. he's dead.
additionally, james franco has expressed that he doesn't wish to be in a sequel, and the chances of them bringing in another actor? this isn't batman here. the whole goblin thing is done. for them to bring him back would mean ruining it, and the way things worked out seemed beautifully done.
i'll reiterate: i expect the lizard, carnage, and maybe even kraven the hunter to be the villans in spidey 4.
 
Carnage would be too soon. I can see the Lizard, possibbly either of these villains: Mysterio, Vulture, Hobgoblin, and/or the Scorpion, and Venom returns. That's my prediction on 4.
 
Me and my son went to see it tonight and I would say it is the best of the 3 movies so far. Much more action and the effects were much better.:thumb:
 
As an extreme marvel fanboy I went in with some pretty high expections of this movie being a butchered mess, to my suprise it actually delivered. It addressed a lot of areas I really didn't expect them to cover, and made some good choices for character development. Because character development can be pretty hard to do when you only have 2 hours of screen time, as compared to several ongoing monthy issues.

I do have some beef with Harry still being too cool, and not being a drug addict. Though this isn't the 70s anymore so a drug addict super villian just wouldn't be PC to all the little kids in the audience. If sequels do come out it seems that Lizard and Carnage would be likely choices for the next movie, and Norman Osborn more than likely won't be back till the 5th or 6th movie. I just pray to god that they don't do a clone sage storyline, but that would certainly be better than a Howard Mackie storyline.:confused:

Do you even know how many people come back to life after supposely dying in the Comics?? I mean seriously. Both Harry and his Father "die" but comeback somehow.

Carnage will be in it...There was a clue but I will let you watch it again to see for yourself...but there is a HINT of carnage in the movie!!!!

By the way...I thought the EMO Pete was freaking Awesome!!!!!
The dancing was freakin awesome. Did anyone notice that Harry for a while seemed to be...not on the so straight side....just seemed a little too...well you know!!!!
 
Venom needs to be the main villian in one movie before introducing Carnage, IMO. My thought is that the next movie will be Venom and Lizard, possibly with the Lizard taking on the role that he took during one of the Marvel crossover series on different worlds. Y'know. The one where Madam Webb introduces the main Spidey baddies to a pieceful word, and Spidey has to stop them, with help. Secret War, that's what the name was...

Also...I noticed that Dr. Conner was examing tha Symbiate and such...I was thinking that he might know the Peter is Spiderman....Could that be possible???

I didn't know that the Harry Potter film was in its 3rd year...That will be the 3rd biggest movie in the world this summer...Oh wait it s the 5th year...LOL

Saw the midnight show and hated it. It was nothing but a bad mix of bad acting, destroyed story line, lame characterization, and at some parts the cinematography was just way off. This, IMHO, was worse than the second which I hated (the first none was kinda good though).

And adding to that side note Hot Fuzz was a great movie. If you were even mildly amused by Sean of the Dead, than you will love this. Its a tad slow at first but quickly picks up to become one hilarious action spoof.
