When i use split bomb and say i have an Garyidos or Stregth Charm on Exeggutor
Would i get the plus ten on Split bomb if i hit the bench/active or does the dmg stay the same

Both Strength Charm and Gyarados' Power only add the extra Damage when the attack is on the Defending/Active Pokemon. As long as you are attacking the Defender, you get the extra damage, but nothing would be added to attacks directed to the Bench.
