Players must have 60 card Modified Format Deck
(Diamond Pearl - Rising Rivals)

Filled out decklist

Hi,

I'm new to the forums and fairly new to the game. I was browsing through the website looking for events in my area and was surprised to find one in norwalk. I was thinking about coming to the event and just wanted to ask if champion decks or other starter decks are legal to play for this event. thanks in advance.

you may use any card from starter decks which are from sets currently in the modified format (diamond and pearl to platinum rising rivals). however, cards from champion decks are not legal for tournament play.
