SS Electabuzz

I would like to know how a SS Electabuzz, with its Thunder Spear, and SS Elekid, could do to slow down big evolution decks, like BAR and Gardy/GEX. It seems that it would do good to stop the support of the decks, or even stop the big lines from coming out, and with the elekid, it should be able to get going turn 2. So, is this card worth using at all?

I have an ss electabuzz too.

The thunder spear attack is great! try to damage u're opponent's bench with more thunder poke'mon and then bring gust of wind to bring them forward and crussssh them.:lol:
