Here's what we have so far in our tournament.

I really think we should have substitutes. Incase if it goes over the 16 person tournament, or if we wound up having less than 32 people.
 
i'll say december 1st. Also there could be subsitutes, BUT someone can only sign up to be a substitute after all the 16 spots are taken.
 
You really should start the tournament, the day after ThanksGiving, so you can try to attract their interestrests. The longer you hold out on the tournament, the more people that will lose interest that way.

Change your title to "Two spots left", so more peop;e can see what's going on, by reading the overhead news.

Ya December 1st sounds like a long time. Thanksgiving break sounds like a better time to start maybe.

I think double elimination sounds like a fun idea. That way, everyone gets second chance to play in the tournament and I can do the pairings.

Yes you can switch characters between each game and it will be best of 3
 
If we can get to 32 players, my brother will play as well and here is his FC. If not, then any players from 17-32 are going to substitutes just incase one losses interests, or they back/drop out.

When is it going to start? Also, which items will be on (if any) and which stadium/ how will we be chosing the stadiums.
