It is the general ruleset used in all competetive SSBB tournies.

I said both G.I. Joey and Starmie have the same friend codes. Go back a few pages and see for your self.

Also, add Deck Knight and Piekomas's info I just sent you from the PM.

Added on to what Ultimatedra sad. You have several mistakes, such as Time Zones, mispelled names (it's Ritch, not "Rich"), friend codes, and you haven't been filling their names.
