About $10. And only because it has play value. Usually marginally playable staff cards (like the last few) I managed to buy for about $3. As chomp is a popular archetype, it drives up the price on altaria promos. And the fact that ppl will play and subsequently damage staff stamped versions,SHOULD mean that minty copies will retain some value.

I recently perused ebay, (just now) and searched on their completed listings...
These staff altarias seem to go for $10-30 depending on how lately it has been... I suggest if you are to sell it, to sell while Garchomp is as good as it is.

Those $30 prices were the first week or so of prereleases. Hype was extrewmely high.
