No, buying a box and buying a complete set are different. If you buy the complete set (Most likely online) the cards aren't in the packs anymore (Otherwise you wouldn't know if you got the whole set until you opened the packs).

Awesome! Which ones? I find they are nearly always overpriced. A few of the Entei or regis are good though.
