Just started to play pokemon again and thought I would play t-tar. So the strat is to get t-tar out fast and
put a ton of energy on him. So what do you guys think?

looks good but you shou play
1 more night maintenence because if your play a scizor cherim or a deck with no powers they wont let you get you energy back
 
I'm not really sure on 3 Technical Machine TS-2 though think of any thing that would be better or should I just combo them with T-tars second attack?
 
Personally, I play Omastar as it's 100% better. If ANYTHING go:

-ALL TM's
-1 Warp Point
+2 Helix Fossil
+2 Omastar MD(?)

Only reason i didn't mention this was because I thought you were going for a more Grind strat then Spread, but if Spread is anywhere in your strat, go Omastar, it's basically broken in this deck,
 
Yeah I think I wanna use spread in the beginning and then Omastar and grind for easy prizes latter in the game.
