1 Shaymin UL
1 Zekrom EX
1 Terrakion NVI
2 Tornadus
3 Zekrom
3-3 Eeletrik

Energy:15
1 Rescue
2 fighting
4 DCE
8 eletric

T/S/S: 31
1 Catcher
2 Sky Arrow Bridge
3 Switch
2 Super Rod
3 Commincation
3 Eviolite

True, sorry.
I think adding a single Zekrom EX can help in here, and possibly dropping the Cilans. They don't serve a true purpose here.

I plan on getting a Zekrom EX from a friend if he lets me. What would you suggest that I switch out the Cilans for?

Personally I would:
-2 cilan
+2 catcher

But you could replace with a variaty of things:
-2 cilan
+1 PONT
+1 Switch

or

-2 cilan
+1 PONT
+1 Juniper

etc

I agree with the Zekrom EX comment. However he should be easy to aquire with the tins out now considering he is in one

What other techs might i need to add on?

What if I somehow added a fighting type and maybe, just maybe a black belt in this deck? What do
you think about it?

If you're struggling against CMT (where all the mewtwos are), Might I suggest you to tech raikou entei legend. It has an attack with a [L][C] to do 80 damage to ALL pokemon with poke powers in play. you can surprise the CMT player with this using 2 dynamotors or 1 dynamotor and 1 attachment to attack and knocking his 1~2 maybe 3 celebis with only 2 energies. Probably able to take his shaymin out too. If you can take 2~4 prizes like this against a fast deck, it's very worth it. Something to note also is that it has a free retreat. You can deal with electrodes too with plus power catcher. Some variants of CMT and other decks uses smeargle also and can be knocked out by Raikouentei legend.

Your eels won't be affected because it's an "ability". Same goes to emboar, typhlo, reuniclus. And same goes to vileplume and mews for their poke body.

The down side is that if this pokemon dies, you give away 2 prizes, also you have to make space for 2 cards. A mewtwo needs 7 Energies to OHKO it because your attacks requires you to discard energy. A tornadus can 2 shot you, because of this, play this card at the right time to ninja KO him! I have yet to see an Eels deck with this tech to handle CMT decks out there. It has a huge potential.

Just my 2 cents worth, the surprise element of this card is awesome :D

I have a friend who will be running this tech for states this weekend. I really believe when this card is used as a staple, CMT decks will go extinct..

I copy paste my reply at the other thread. hehe :D

Because you play 4 junk arm I would say that you should drop 1 pluse power and put in another tynamo the free retreating one considering you run 2 of the regular ones
