Costume contest? Well, personally I never dress-up. (this last sentance was not typed by Nanette).
Of course we Oregonians love the costume contests! It's up to our beloved TOs; BDS and Chris, but might I suggest a contest at one of the Portland tournaments and then at each of the other locations? They all surround Halloween.
I'd better get to the sewing machine. I don't need a costume contest as a reason for showing up in style. :wink:

Please stand by. We are determining which events will have costume contests - perhaps all of them! I'll be sending out the prerelease announcement e-mail tonight with the costume contest info and will post it here at the same time.

I am pleased to announce that ywe will have a costume contest at all five Stormfront Preleases. Remember, you must have a Pokemon theme to your costume to be eligible to win a prize in the contests.

It'll prolly be up to the discresion of the TO at the time, I know that POP packs will part of my mystery box
