Man, this is GEWD and i mean it.
First off, it's power is nice because it snags you cards and gives you damage for Damage Even, after that , Night Spin helps against things like Kingdra and stuff that attacks for low amounts of energy, like with Mr.Mime
Seriously, i am fine without having Chill Noir because this guy is good
