Strongest Legendary Pokemon?

Which one out of these do you think
is the strongest. And why.

Legendary Pokemon
1.Articuno
2.Zapdos
3.Moltres
4.Mewtwo
5.Mew
6.Ho-oh
7.Lugia
8.Celebi
9.Entei
10.Raikou
11.Suicune
12.Latios
13.Latias
14.Rayquaza
15.Groudon

1. Mewtwo & Mew (Obvious reasons)
2. Rayquaza (Rayquaza killed Deoxys)
3. Deoxys (Majin Buu-type thing going on here)
4. Groudon (He can make a drought...power stuff)
5. Kyogre (He can cause massive flooding...same)
6. Ho-oh (Wacthes over the Legendary dogs)
7. Lugia (just cool)
8. Celebi (Time Travel is nice)
9. Entei/Suicune/Raikou (no one ever caught them)
10. Regice/Registeel/Regirock (hard to determing their placement)
11. Articuno/Zapdos/Moltres (all three were caught)
12. Dragonite (Dragonite can -so- kick Latias and Latios's tail)
13. Latias/Latios (They were just pathetic...)
14. Jirachi (All he can do is teleport things...and feed the earth)
 
I'd put Lugia at number 1, mostly b/c it's the only Pokemon to take on and beat 3 other Legendaries (bird trio). None of the other Legendaries took on even one of them.
 
My oppinion kindof similar to Chrisi's:

1.Mew/Mewtwo(Mew hardly notice him when he wants to be stealth like and extremely strong Electrick ball thing as defence and can learn like every move also powerfull.Mewtwo mysterious powerfull electrick ball thing cool and learns like every move)
2.Rayquaza(Extremely cool powerfull could kill something like Chris said killed Deoxys can learn Extreme Speed)
3.Deoxys(Can make copies of himself 3 different forms attack form looks way cool is face is cool powerfull is a virus)
4.Ho-Oh(Against war you go Ho-Oh!Stopped war.Created Dogs.Made people friends with pokemon.Rainbow like.Watches over)
5.Kyogre/Groudon/Lugia(Lugia way cool when in stress his face looks scary and cool powerfull can Aeroblast.Kyogre cool red glow stuff can cause flood Groudon can cause Drout cool looking face red glow stuff)
6.Latios(Cool looking and cool psychic capabiliteis takes lots of damage eye thingy you know with Latias see what Latios is seeing)
7.Suicune(Makes dirty water clean it is the South Wind it's wind man it's wind!Fast)
8.Raikou(Extremely fast has only been in one episode mysterious mever caught)
9.Regice(clear can see through just kinda cool brail)
10.Registeel(Cool looking metal weighs alot dot things brail)
11.Entei(Kinda popular has been in lots of episodes)
12.Celibi(Time Travel can fly psychic capabilty)
13.Articuno/Moltrees/Moltrees(Articuno usefull in GBC Red/Blue/Yellow/Green I think Ice beam looks coolewr then other Ice Beams Zapdos cool lightning sparks always around it black looks cool under it's wings not weak to electrick like other legendary birds Moltrees can turn into fire saved Blain's life once)
14.Regirock(Just not realy cool)
15.Dragonite(Not leendary liked it in the first Movie mail and can learn like every different type of attack)
16.Latias(Weak cute though in dragon form dah)
17.Jirachi(It sleeps more then Snorlax people come on though it can sommon things but it was captured)
 
Is Mewtwo even considered a Legendary?

I would have to say Mew is the strongest of them all, with Rayquaza.

Mew vs Rayquaza would be sweet.
 
erm...your statement is completely wrong, APT. You realize that, right? What proof do you have that Mewtwo is not legendary? Here's some of my proofs:
One of a kind.
Cannot Breed in GB games.
Listed after Legendary Birds in Pokedex.
So what is your proof?
 
1. HO-OH- In the show, he is like a pokemon GOD. He created the legendary dogs, and they're probably way stronger than the legendary birds. What damage can any other pokemon do to the pokemon GOD?
 
Mew is so weak. In the movie, he was way to strong. Almost every pokemon is better than mew. His stats were like 200 for everything at level 100. Caterpie is almost as good. :rolleyes:
 
My reason Torchic is that Mewtwo is a clone.Like say a Torchic was cloned.That suddonly makes it legendary?How can something practicly a machine I mean not realy even a pokemon be a legendary pokemon?Tell me.
 
Torchic well I know it can't be breeded but it kindof was breeded it's self.From a fossil that is.Listed afdter legendary birds?!Who freaken cares?This meens Chikorita is legendary, Sentret is legendary, Hoothoot is legendary, MAgby is legendary.
 
I'm going to say Ho-oh is the most powerful. Only because it's been reveal since the first episode, and still has not had a movie made about it. To be honest, I think Ho-oh controls the realms of life and death; didn't it have an item attatched in Gold that revived party members? Next I would say Mew, the phantom Pokemon, only because it had the first movie made because of it. Also, it does say that it is the most powerful, plus, it also learns every move.
 
No APT, that would not mean Chikorita and Hoothoot and all your cute little fluffy GS pals are legendary. I know how much that disappoints you. It is after the Legendary Birds in the original RBY Pokedex, the RBYGSC Pokedex is a completely different Pokedex. If you remember correctly, the true Pokedex system in it was the "Evolution" Pokedex system, which was completely different from the number Pokedex listing. And who cares? I'm just saying, have you seen a non-legendary Pokemon ever listed after the Legendary Trio of the generation?
 
Mew, Latias, Latios, Celebi, Jirachi, would tie.
They're just misunderstood.
They never got to show their true power.
 
Jirachi the wishmaker Pokemon is very, very weak. It only appears once every thousand years and it doesn't have any real attacks. If it appears once every thousand years it probably is a very low level Pokemon as well. A level 2 Rattata would have a field day with Jirachi after the PP for Teleport was gone.
