Cold Crush & Hyper Whirlpool consistently give choice of which energy to discard to the attacker.
ATM ICE & HolonWP, of course, only apply to attack effects.
Delta Reactor, consistent with other damage increase effects, does not affect benched Pokémon.
Crystal Laser attack effects reside on Deoxys, and can be passed on via Form Change, but are removed when benched.
Flick Poison doesn't poison unless it can bring up a new defending pokemon.
Starting the Game section has been updated to reflect start procedures introduced this year.
