"Shuffle 3 in any combination of Pokemon and basic Energy cards from your discard pile back into your deck"
Is it possible to put 3 pokemon from your discard pile into your deck from using this trainer? Or even 3 energy? Or must you have pokemon AND energy (for example, 2 pokemon and 1 energy, or 2 energy and 1 pokemon)?
