Basic strategy is get delcatty holo, magneton, and swampert built. Discard nrg for delcatty, draw cards, trade for a card nrg with tons power, and double (or more) attach to the active using swamperts power. I may switch nrg to 4 multi 2 eletric and 14 water and play tech basics like sudowoodo (anti slaking, electric), ditto, wobbuffet(anti muk ex), etc.. in place of the non holo delcatty and 1 skitty. It will depend on the metagame.
