Swampert's Wash Out

Hey if Swampert's Wash Out lets you take water and fighting energies from the bench, would things like multi, scramble, and double rainbow energies count? I'm also asking this because it doesn't say basic water or fighting.

Anything that counts as X type energy is considered an X energy.

Q. Can you "Energy Trans" or "Dark Trance" a Rainbow Energy, Multi Energy, or any
other special energy cards?
A. As long as they are providing the proper energy type and don't violate any other
