TA Hideout and other questions...

TA Hideout reads "Each Pokemon that does not have Team Aqua in its name pays :colorless more to retreat."

Okay I was just wondering does Muk's Slimy Water attack add 10 because of this stadium? Muk's attack reads "Does 40 damage plus 10 more damage for each :colorless Energy in the Defending Pokemon's Retreat Cost (after applying effects to the Retreat Cost)."

Also Muk's power says "ignore all Poke-Powers and Poke-Bodies other than Toxic Gas." Does that stop the Legendary Ascent? Sounds like it would since it says that you have to play the card from your hand to the bench to use the power.
