Stark Mountain is sad too. He thinks that there should be at least two of him.

Energy Pickup really wants to join the party too!

(caveat - My deck building skills are questionable)

I really liked the concept and tried to make the following elements work:

Groudon for energy acceleration and/or stall when I added the Techs and supporting trainers I couldn't keep enough NRG in hand to make the best use of Groudon.

Metagross 1-0-1 Tech very nice to pick the defending Poke (i.e. Claydol, a budding Leafeon, etc.)
-- but then I needed Azelf for prize problems
-- switch to Jirachi as starter more flexible than Relicanth for Claydol and the tech, also Relicanth seems like a poor imitation of Pachi dead weight after a single attack and it can't get Baltoy.
-- but with the tech I needed night maintenance

I assumed that the Kindra and GG match-ups would go well so I focused on Empoleon. My list doesn't get me past him. I don't think that it get's past MagLeaf either but I haven't tried.

The Stark Mountains MUST be there.
I would also add 2 wagers they fix too many problems
I would consider 2 Warp
Drop the Rowan?

-4 rowan and 4 felcitity and 2 energy
+2 regirock
+3 stark moutain

The regi moutain combo helps get your energy accel a lot.
Also play 1 or 2 NM and 4 fossil excavator because they help search a lot.

Take out the relecanth because it's horrible. Play eitehr stantler or jirachi because they can help you a lot more than relecanth. Even a 3-1 chimecho line can work too.

Regi's power. You discard 2 cards from your hand to get one energy from the discard on regi.

Also I forgot you need at least 2 swiches for a regi start.
