Ok, this is for Battle Tower/Battle Frontier, or am I reading your abreviations wrong? It just seems odd that if it is all your Pokemon -Metagross is holding Lefties, which isnt allowed.

Not a big Armaldo or Riachu fan, but Props to you for using them. and for getting 70HPs. I personally still like AA on Mence, there is a lot of DTers in BT.

Which is your main team of 3?

I like Mence/Gross combo, but there are alot better choices for your 3rd. Kootos (sp?) to you for sticking with him though. Your a little to weak to Equake, once Sally is KOed, and anything with Rock Slide/Equake can sluaghter your team.. fortunately we are talking in game PC, which stupidly always E-quakes Against Meta while you switch in Mence, and Rock Slide for Mence while you switch in Gross all the while Mence gets in his Intimidates.

Not sure how I feel on Espy/Scept/Mence, a Good Hera could easly slay the whole team, not sure who is generally faster after Salac, but Megahorn x2 and Rock Slide and your close to dead (Mence ma servive with Intimidate).

I generally prefer Latios with Surf/Dragon Claw (no resistances at all) but I think with the exception of Magnaton/Lanturn Bolt/Beam works well.... there is D Claw/Bolt works well (only Magnaton/Steelix resist)
