The night before of the Battleroad at Comicazi , I decided I was going to play Donphan for it. I'll post the list at the bottom but actually READ THIS! I was teching a 2-2 Tric and a 1-1 Claydol. I fall asleep and woke up at 9:30, wait NINETHIRTY? I hop into the shower and put my bag together. I grab my iPod and I'm ready to go. My friend picks me up and we're on our way. I was currently playing qwith 2 Proxy BTS and 2 SW Phanpy and a HGSS, I get in and say hi to steve the judge, Thomas's dad. The whole team topdeck crew was there. Big competition, Kiko, Azul, and Paz were there but estrella wasn't. I hang out with Afro-G as Gino calls him and getmy 2 BTS and a SW Phanpy. There's 4 rounds top 4 cut.Anyway onto the report.
R1 Andy(Donphan) vs Kiko(Luxchomp) AKA K d Gg
I feel confident walking into this matchup but he's played this deck since before HGSS so I'm not sure. Anyway he goes first and starts ot w/ Luxray Call. He grabs a Bronzong and a Garchomp. I go like all of these crazy plays like a T1 Donphan energy and then I set up. He doesn't have the spray so I grab the belt and nab the first prize. After he whiffs on a Cyrus from a Set-Up he scoops. I ask him why and he says it's an unwinnable matchup, which is definitely wrong.

R2 Andy(Donphan) vs Daniel(LuxChomp) AKA Konopacz
He 's really scared after witnessing Kiko and I's match.He starts with three basics. I go fast and get good rolls off of Reversals but I use hlaf of my SSU's. Not good. He bright Looks my claydol when I have aroud three prizes left. He starts by my Donphans and Uxies. I couldn't get the trics out.He eventually kills my claydol while Spraying the Cosmics which makes him left with 4 prizes. I make the misplay of dropping Regice and Regimoving the Garchomp so I could get a kill. He Bright looks and leaves the RegiIce up their. He continues to Claw Swipe the Regice twice. He sets up an Uxie X, and I still couldn't grab the SSU's or the Warp Point. He's trade offing for the DCE for endless amounts of turns, and he apologizes for trying to win this way. I eventually draw the Warp but by then it has 80 on it. I bring up my Donphan with a Belt and do 80 to his Garchomp X. That's two Garchomp X's with 80. I have 2 Prizes left. He goes Crobat on the Regice and kos an Uxie. its ties two to two. I send up Tri=cand power Wave for my last two Prizes. GG

This games a bit fuzzy.
He can't do much to my T1 Donphan. I get down to one Prize fast. He eventually Sacrifices his Giga X for lolz FTW!

I go first and get almost nothing besides a Phanpy start.. He doesn't have a call or a collector/Rose so he passes. He didn't have anything except a lone Duskull.I draw an Uxie and everything goes pro from their. I draw like BTS Donphan Rose lol. GG

Game 1
I get a t2 Donphan but he doesn't scoop this time! YaY! He gets a Garchomp start and calls for two LuxRays. I get a Reversal heads and clean up his LuxRays fast. After two Reversals his Luxray X's are useless. He gets a Garchomp set up and whiffs on Cyrus. I take all of my six prizes fast. Warp point won me this game.

He chooses me to go first sad face. He goes like Collector shenagagans and gets set up fast. He has 3 SP's and and 2 Sprays in hand. I Judge and get almost nothing. It turns out he didn't get much either. I draw an Uxie and go crazy. I communcate plus rosey for Energy Phanpy and spin the manectric for a donphan. BTS is soo good in fours. I retreat the elctrike for free and eveolve into Tric, and Earth Quake. He eventually just can't draw a thing and i win. Yet again another Warp Point win lol. Thomas lost so i'm playing Gigas.

Game 1
He psychic Binds me a lot and I can't draw too much. He sacrifces the Pixies and rescues them. Sad Face. I eventually get some KO's on a Gigas. But by then he has two prizes. I eventually just steam roll him with Heavy Impact. He scoops.

He starts with a tomb and a Drag Off Gigas. I start out with Phanpy and go first. I have a Bebe's plus energy in hand so I know I get a T2 Donphan. I attach and pass. He Psychic Binds me. I Bebe for Donphan attach and earth Quake. I take my prize its a Tric. I have the Electrike and BTS yay? He sends up a Pixe. I attach and put the Tric on the bench. Heavy Impact. He eventually kills me. By that time I have two more Donphans. He drags up stuff like my uxie when I have my last prize. He used all of his Psychic Binds so I cosmic for a Warp Point and KO for my last prize. GG
