Tech Card with Sceptile?

It would help if you said which Sceptile you are using. I have a Lizard Poison Sceptile deck. I've played around with it and I've found it partners very well with the Skyridge Starmie. Since Sceptile only needs 2 Grass Energy for Solar Beam, you can put in plenty of Water Energy to power up Starmie's Water Gun to its full 50. Core Blast is great against Special Energy decks, especially useful against Metal with its resistance to Grass. The Sandstorm Vaporeon is also useful if you don't want to run as much Water Energy.
 
From what i can remember, i run Zangoose, Suicune, & Raikou for my TecH.
 
I play two Lizard Poison Sceptiles and two Energy Transfer ones in my deck. The first of the two are my main hitters of course. I've been putting in Roselia and Dunsparce to help me out in the beginning. Zangoose helps me out against Dragons but Blaziken Decks just overkill me. I was thinking of Wailord too but I'm gonna have to do a lot of trading to get some of them.
 
Suicune is a decent, easy tech.... 60 and Sleep or flat 100 to W weak R types. Though its measly 70 doesnt compare with Wailords 120, it is still a nice tech...
 
I also use a Sceptile tech deck myself. My tech is SS Wobbuffet, SS Electabuzz, and AQ Suicune. I'll post the decklist in the deck forum later.
