Aight, so after looking through all of these proposed top decks for next format, i have to say that aside from that Zekrom combo they are going to be slow. I feel that Cincinno can be a decent contender in a format clogged with bulky and sometimes slow decks. So here's the list.
4-4 Cinccino-Main attacker, does its job
2 Pichu-Not a fan of 30hp fodder, but its attack is just amazing
1 Bouffalant-Revenge killer, rinse repeat.
1-1 Zoroark-Deals with the big dragon guys
2-2 Yanmega Prime-Donphan counter, free retreat.
1 Ditto-Mirror and a bit of disruption.

Here's my observations. This is a speed deck, you aren't trying to go after Donphans, Samurotts, etc as much as the cards you can use to disrupt them. more often then not it would be beneficial to Reversal their main attacker out for a bench sitter or fodder, drop ditto, seeker, and swing. if they have 5 bench they just got rid of 2, and unless their bench was full of fodder at least 1 was a decent hit. You're trying to keep your advantage. If i overlooked something, let me know. if not, w/e.
