Technical Machine Crisis Punch attacks but opponent has 2 Prizes remaining

I played in a tournament and my opponent tried to win the match with Technical Machine Crisis Punch attached to a Cramorant.

I had 2 prizes remaining when the Crisis Punch attack was called.

I called in a tournament Judge for a ruling.

Does my opponent's turn end or can he continue his turn and/or choose a different attack?

Yes, since he does not meet the requirements for Crisis Punch, he is allowed to choose a different attack that he can do.
