Technician Ability and Round (Attack)

Does the ability Technician and the attack/move Round (base 60) still get the boost to be doubled?
And if you use a Normal Gem, does it still get the boost in power?
Also, does the Partner Pokemon get the boost as well, since the attacks join togather?

you should get the boost from technician if you use round, even if you use normal gem. technician is based off the moves base power, the other things just as normal gem and round doubling attack power affects the damage, not the acual base power of the move, therefor, you will get the technician boost if using round with normal gem/using round multiple times. hope i helped

Thank you for the clarification, as I think the main problem was if the base power of the attack stayed the same (at 60) and was still considered to be 60 if used after being doubled from the boost by the 2nd Pokemon using the attack.
