Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

(The Apterra-Type 1) The future of automobiles

But...

How reliable is it?
How hard is it to work on?
How rare would the replacement parts be?
How much would all of this cost?

How often does the battery cell thing (yeah, I don't know what it's called) need to be replaced?

All of that contributes to the cost. Everything has to wear out at some point, and just when is that point?

Reliability is like any other vehicle, it depends on that individual car. Because remember, ANY vehicle can have reliability problems so thats a null point for me.

From the looks of the vehicle (If you watched the full video) as if it is very easy to work on. Everything is accessible and compact, much easier than most motors on curren tvehicles.

If the car becomes popular or sells enough of them, then that cost of the replacement parts wouldnt be an issue. Also, to me the savings of the fuel, would offset that issue some.

The cost is variable and depends on the scenarios above, as with any car, so thats the gamble with owning a automobile.

I dunno, I would say the battery would have to be replaced in 10 years or so if not longer...Otherwise, no one would buy Electric/Hybrid vehicles in the first place..

I'd be more concerned about the safety of that car. It looks so small and compact. People have already mentioned the fact about repairs and parts. How good of a chance do you have of survival if you are in an auto accident in that car? I dunno if I would ride in something that looks so flimsy. Especially with how crazy people drive.

Also, what else about insurance? With a new automobile type, wouldn't there be new insurance? I'm not sure, in fact I really don't know at all. I'm assuming the insurance companies would offer insurance there for these new cars that come out, but price would need to be concerned there too. There's a lot of variables that go into car purchasing.

I guess if the insurance is a lot more, you would end up paying a lot more for the car than you would save on gas. But I would love to only have to fill up on gas every half year.

I dunno, it doesn't even use gas. Ultra-capacitors might be hard to come by, also it's $80,000 price tag is a bit higher than the $30,000 we were expecting for the car in this discussion.
