The Best Pokemon Booster Box to Buy

Hi guys, I am fairly new to Pokemon, and I'm trying to decide what the best booster box would be to buy. I enjoy both the collecting aspect and the playing, so I'm not very interested in cards that are priced high but have low playability value. I've really been enjoying Plasma Storm, but wanted to see what you guys thought.

Dark Explorers is a pretty good bet. Has many major deck staples (Juniper, N, Ultra Ball, Rare Candy), and has pretty good chase Pokemon (Mewtwo and Tornadus)

Dark Explorers and Boundaries Crossed are the only sets I think are worth buying right now.

Thanks for the advice. After comparing Dark Explorers to Plasma Storm, I can see that Plasma Storm is ok within its own ecosystem, but has a lot of problems with a lot of deck strategies. But Dark Explorers has a lot of great cards applicable to all kinds of different approaches. I'm going to buy Dark Explorers. Thanks!
