The Hulk

im sure his limited vision would be problematic too. creating a nuclear explosion to blot the sun out, for example, would really hinder his ability to fight, while superman has supersight ability.

basically, the hulk is just as flawed as any other hero. deprive him of oxygen, put him into a black hole, or slowing him down, or classics such as control through psychic powers or speed or vision, etc.
 
The thing is, superman is weak to kryptonite. Kryptonite is a super rare space metal right? How the fudge does everyone have it? Everyone and their grandma has a piece of kryptonite. The hulk could simple grab a piece and continue to pwn.

Thus showing that marvel is better than DC in every way.
 
seems like optimas prime and bumblebee should have no problem taking out the hulk. They take out the hulk by injecting him with nano-micro bots. one distracts the hulk, while the other simply does the injecting. nano bots-Transform!
 
In all honesty, even though I hate to say it, Superman would probably win that fight. Like Ryan said, it's the need to breathe that will count. Though, I also want to note that if Superman isn't quite intelligent enough to end the fight early on, it would go into Hulk's favor, because he gets stronger as he gets angrier.

Not to mention the fight actually already happened.

If we're bringing in outside forces, Deadpool beats all on sheer awesomeness.
 
Deadpool breaks the fourth wall, therfore he wins on the grounds that he already knows everything about everyone. The only person in either universe that comes close to that is Joker. But Joker's just twisted, so we won't go there.

Luke Skywalker wins BTW.

His lightsaber will cut through ANYTHING including Superman and the Hulk's skin.
Heck he could just use the force to rip Superman out of the sky, or levitate the Hulk high enough where he can't do anything.
On the other hand, he could use the force to squeeze a blood vessel in the Hulk brain, cutting off the blood supply, and killing him very secretly.
 
superman is an outside source. He just has earth as a home. and so does the autobots.

nano-nots wouldn't work as the hulk projects radiation from the inside out, injecting him with nano bots they would just get melted within second assuming they pierce his skin.

as far as freezing/melting him... he is immune as in it doesn't do anything to him he can take on lasers as well as ice beams... he doesn't just simply ignore it.

mind control and magic also do not work well as he can break through both with his anger/fury(hulk vs thor as reference)

he might not be fast, but the hulk has killer reflexes, the second you close in he grabs you anyway.

the hulk is pure win.

I notice you did not give the hulk's awnser to him being levitated off the ground while a lighsaber peirces his heart and cuts off his head.

Reflex =/= speed, reflex = reaction time.
You might react to someone getting close to you, but if your arm only moves at the speed of a normal person and the guy getting close to you is the Flash, you are still pretty hosed.

Light Yagami beats them all. Superman doesn't have time to punch him in the face before he writes Clark Kent's name in the death note. Win. Same for hulk / bruce banner. He just has to pretend to be there friend until he finds out their secret identity.
