What do you think of this card ?

For me it has to be one of the best card in the set. Tell me if I'm wrong but Imagine you have 4 dugtrios on the bench and you're playing Pidgeot's Whirlwind : 50 damage and forces opponent to switch.

That does 130 damage ???

You're wrong - Pidgeot doesn't force them to retreat but switch their active pokemon. Its like you can play a switch on your active if they are asleep and put them onto your bench but you can't retreat them.

Oh ok so you must force your opponent to switch. Still it's a good card. Maybe playing it with Jirachi LA could be a combo.

Well it could get well against:

1. Those using Moonlight Stadium
2. Water pokemon who benefits Mantine's Jumbo Fin
3. using unown Q
4. Magnezone DP
5. The typical warp point then retreat trick
6. And of course....free retreating pokemon

Just watch out for Dialga G Lvl X though

They don't take damage counters for the Switch.
Only if they Retreat.
Retreat is a specific game action, not just any movement to or from the bench.

Palkia Lv.X. Thanks. Even if they play Dialga G Lv.X, it's essentially like dragging Claydol as active (unless they plan on playing metal energies, which isn't too common in most decks at the moment).

I'm teching one right now in my Dusknoir-Palkia.

I'm going to use it in a Gliscor/Dustox deck, to make them think twice about retreating out of special conditions.

Dialga G Lv X makes it next to useless, though you could still make a fun deck for league out of it. Zangoose seems to be a good option for early disruption and damage spread. Gigas might be a good option for a main attacker, since the damage extra from Zangoose and Dugtrio would make KO's easier to obtain.
