Im hoping the Colts get their act together sooner then later and im sure they will win vs houston this sunday xD
Remember what I said earlier about the relative strengths of divisions? I take it back.
In the AFC, the divisions are pretty fairly spread out, in that each division has one dominant team, one good team, a decent team, and a pathetic team. It's good to see, as that means that there's some pretty good parity over there, and parity is ALWAYS a good thing.
In the NFC, the East is CLEARLY dominant this year. All 4 teams are at .500 or better, and I think there are only 5 losses outside of the division while there are 4 losses within the division. I was going to say that the Skins are the worst in that division, but the Eagles have the worst record without their star on offense. And I think that Philly is one of the strongest teams in the NFL this year. That's a pretty strong division.
The South is also looking pretty good. They've spent a lot of time beating on each other, and they have only 5 losses outside the division with 5 losses within the division, still pretty good, though none of them really stand out from the others. I think that the Panthers will win that division on the strength of Steve Smith's legs, but the Bucs will also make a LOT of noise the rest of the year.
The North is terribad. The Bears have the worst case of twoface I've ever seen in my entire life. Their offense, suspect going into this year, has proved to be one of the better offenses in the NFL over the last 4 games. Their D, their strong point, just looks terrible without 4/5 of their secondary. Green Bay also has a bad case of twoface, but IMO they weren't going anywhere this year anyway. The Queens are just plain bad as they can't pass against a decent secondary, and they can't stop the pass to save their lives. Detroit is the worst team in the NFL this year and just traded away their star player.
The West, as usual, just plain sucks. When did the Cards actually get decent? Oh, right. They own at home. That makes sense. The Rams have one of the worst defenses in the NFL with Detroit and KC. Seattle is just plain bad at all aspects of the game. The 49ers are always one year away, it's no different this year.
Out of the AFC, I'm expecting to see the Bills, Steelers and Titans win their divisions with the Colts and the Pats taking the wild card spots. The West is difficult to predict.
Out of the NFC, I can see 3 teams from the East making it in (Giants, Skins, Boys), the Bears, Panthers, and Cards. Of course, the Bucs can always steal a spot from the Boys, but I don't expect it with their remaining schedule.
