KyogreEX and other things that snipe/spread are really good vs Vileplume decks. Also plume decks are more prone to bad starts due to clogged hands and dead first turn supporters like Twins. They also can suffer in 2/3 due to time constraints.
Vileplume is powerful, but not sure it can go all the way.
