Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

The Quickets Deck I've Ever Played! Can He Work In This Format?

LOL you look really hyped out about it, I like your deck tough! But, like mentioned it isn't fantastic. I hope you can get some wins tough. Oh and oh yeah, chill mate :p

wow its kind of playable but hondooms better in almost every way except you cant really play claydol

and btw if it makes you feel any better i didnt think you were creepy :)

...You just stole 2 minutes of my life.

Post me something substantial and written. Last time I checked, youtube was not the SCS forum.

60 Damage really doesn't cut it anymore, not with 130 HP pokemon floating around. Kingdra is fast and can OHKO Kricketot with discard or pick a second Kricketune to snipe and can KO that.

Otherwise this is a glorified "Do the Wave" from Base Set, which is good as far as it goes, but Wigglytuff at least had DCE.

One thing that might actually help you with speed is Pachirisu. It does what Kricketot does X3, and then gets out of your way, and can grab more than a Call Energy can.

One other idea: Maybe add in Exeggcute + Exeggutor LA. Exeggcute can search for more Kricketune and if you play your hand quickly, you can slow your opponent down with Psychic Strategy long enough to build an insurmountable advantage.

^1) Kricket maxes out at 80 damage (doing an auto-50)
2) Tuff needed DCE or else it took 3 energy drops.

Dusknoir hurts kricket....what? haha thats actually laughable.

It's laughable that you can't read, I never said dusknoir hurts kricket, as he is running claydol he has to make a choice of who uses the bench space in preparation for dusknoir. Tot or claydol, if he picks claydol he is already limiting his damage to 70.

Simple fact is that once kingdra starts spreading 20 it's OHKO on everything in the deck, not to mention pluspowers/bucks. Where as even if you do set up and keep them going consistently it's at best 2HKO on kingdra.

It's laughable that you can get a dusknoir out that early and dusk away a claydol. Oh boy. Kingdra isn't that good and if the kricket makes it past round 2, it won't face kingdra often.

lol
my deck's faster.

Anyway, I went 0-4 with Kricketune in my first BR last year. Never played it again.
It's just not good. With Claydol, it might be decent, but 2 for 80 just ain't that impressive anymore.

I went 4/1 at 1 BR'd then at another one with the SAME LIST went 1/4. Needless to say I have not used the deck since. If it couldnt even keep up with the decks last yr, how is it going to do ANYTHING this yr? :/

OMG! You're my hero! Please make more videos like these!

At least one person here likes me:frown:. Just wait...when the "what won BR's" thread starts, you'll see this:
