Yes. You could say the same about Dusknoir:

"Is the 1-0-1 line really necessary? I mean, not only does it take resources to get out, along with burning a Candy, but it also takes up space!"

Also, Moonlight does something that's beneficial for PLOX even without Breloom - it gives free Retreat, so you can Lv. Up Active Gardevoir, Telportation to Bench, Cresselia, Lv. Up, Retreat, boom. Or something like that. If you can't draw the Lv.X, you can Moonlight, Retreat Gardevoir, Gallade for the KO. And I haven't even mentioned Breloom there - imagine with Breloom in there!

Also, imagine PLOX - but with the ability to do 120 damage to any Dark, Psychic, or anything else with Free Retreat, at the expense of charging one card up. 3 Energy. That's all. You can Scramble it, you can DRE it. Anything. DRE is fine to use, because 110 is still enough to OHKO Gardevoir, Darkrai, Infernape, etc. and it won't make much of a difference in anything it can't KO.

But Pheobe's Stadium is better in non-Breloom decks. A retreat cost 2 less is just as good, and opponent's :dark: Pokemon can't use it.

kingdra Kingra is lock victim Nr1, if you can find a way to get Gardevoirs Consistant, Kingra loses. Kingra might be fast but its not that much faster, seriosly

GG can prepare for any matchup, because its super consistant and speedy, it will never go down so easily, thats just its nature kinda xD
