Can anyone confirm it was Diego and Agustin in T2 for Argentina? And who gets trips there? T2?

Agustin and Diego both got to the final and will be going to Orlando... This 100% correct because I was there.

I sadly didn't do it, Agus and Diego both played G&G. I ended up playing a great Garchop/Alakazam/Gallade/Tech deck that had a nice 50-50 vs. G&G and advantage over many decks (Togekiss, Dusknoir, etc).

I had a nice result but not enough, lost one pathetic games, because of some stupid Zapdos (I had one Zam with 10HP left and since he played 4 Scramble I had to stay behind, and trade off prize cards) in a Eevevolutios (He played 3 Jolteon and no Glaceon), terrible list, and one of those players that just wants to beat you so bad that he drools, after beating me he lost all his games, so it was useless..

What can I say, bad luck, still thinking about playing the last chance, will see if the money comes in :eek:

Still a great nationals, just sad this game deepens so much on your hand, and that some random deck comes in and ruins your national.

LOLOL.
Funny to see how you (Anna and/or Lia) suddenly keeps some of your decks secret, after all that BS we always hear from Lia about keeping decks secret and how wrong it is.

Oooh, the irony.

Or maybe you aren't like her Anna, if that is the case, then I apologies. OR if Lia is gonna post all the decks, I apologies to her as well.

Oh, I wasn't keeping them secret, per se. But because a 4 of the decks from the Seniors and Masters tops were from Lia's group, I thought she would have posted the decks herself if she wanted them to be known. She didn't post them, so I thought it wasn't really my place to post here. But if you wanted to know, you could've PM'ed me and I would've told you :p

The decks that I posted were all from kids from my leagues, so I helped them build them =) I believe that once you play a deck, it's not supposed to be secret anymore, so I posted all of those.

Oh, and to Erik, all the European Nationals are done now, except for the UK. And with their rankings because of OP problems I don't expect any of them to go x-0 drop just for a ranking. The only thing to do is wait and see what the Denmark, German, and Swiss Nats will do to the rankings once they're uploaded (they're already played).

Portugal nationals too :D

I can't see X-0 drop at UK nationals either. paid trip >> invite!

Well, then I was slightly inaccurate but the fact stays that there are still some changes in ratings coming and I don't see myself surviving on my low spot. Guess we'll see :)

My sympathies go out to Mark B, the Swiss senior who had a ratings invite prior to Nationals and is now just below the invite cut off. I sincerely hope that Mark wasnt relying on that invite to avoid the grinder. My son was in almost the same position last year with a sub par performance at nationals (4-2) ending up costing him a trip to Hawaii. We went anyway and he didn't make it through the grinder :(. I have to say that it is not all bad though as, like nearly everyone else there who didn't make it through the grinder, he still had fun with all the side events. Tough at the time though. very tough.

(There may be others out there in a similar situation. My sympathies go out to them too)

really?^^ and how do you know him?^^ and how did he know our results? btw my brother played plox also

@NOPOKE

yeah Marc B. is my brother. No he wasn't playing for ranking invite. He wanted to get the payed trip from nationals. If he would have gotten only an unpaid trip he wouldn't have gone to Worlds.
So it's not that sourgrapes that he's no longer in ranking invites. But anyhow thank you very much for your symphaties. I'll pass it on.

@luca

es ist Miguel G. Du weisst sicher welcher oder? XD
