Quick question on Jirachi's Time Hollow attack : If you target Stage 1 or Stage 2 Pokemon with a Lv X card on top , can you still devolute them ? .. I remember that with cards like TM2 Devoluter you could not do it if you had one .. only in Jirachi's attack text there is no mention to it , and in TM2 there is ... just to be clear.
