can i time machine wobbufet when its on wynaut into a different wobbufet if it lives through the devolution?

This would be an interesting one.
You could Time Machine the Wobuffet into the deck, but not bring a Wobuffet back out again. You'd be stuck with Wynaut!
Now, if you had a Wobuffet in your hand, you could use the Baby Power to evolve again immediately (and remove any Damage Counters!!), if it survived.
