If there is both a Ting-Lu Ex and a Klefki (with damage on it) in play (in each player's active position), which effect takes precedence?

Ting-Lu Ex has the Cursed Land Ability that, in the active spot, turns off Abilities of non-ex Pokemon with damage on them. The Klefki in question has Mischievous Lock Ability that, in the active spot, turns off Basic Pokemon Abilities except Mischievous Lock. As with the Bide Barricade vs Neutralizing Gas ruling ( https://compendium.pokegym.net/ruling/1674/ ) or Mischievous Lock vs Empoleon's Eyes ( https://compendium.pokegym.net/ruling/1824/ ) the Ability that is activated first takes precedence.
