To add or not to add?Tyrougue and hitmonchan UF

Pros:Stages of evolution, adds 30 hp and declares hitmonchan as an evolved pokemon,which means I can use scramble energy and attack when Im in a bad situation.And speedy uppercut ignores effects.

Cons:T2 decks and SMP decks seem to be the metagame here.Im afraid my tyroughe cannot survive that.



I hope u guys can help me weigh the pros and cons and decide whether to put it in my deck or not
