Since a friend took my Magnezones for a ride, I built this deck for next week's tournament. So I thought it would be great to ask you guys some tips and ideas on this. Here's what it looks like:

Starting with Shinx, attach an energy and get another from the deck. By T2, I have 3 energies on it. Then, proceed to evolve it into Luxray and attach a Tool (probably Expert Belt). Gadget Bolt for 60/100 (80/120 when belted). When my Tools are over, Proygon Z G gets 2 back into the deck, while Department Store Girl is there to retrieve 'em. Claydols and Uxies for solid drawpower. Unown G for my Gengar matchup. Super Scoop-Up in case I need an extra Cosmic Draw/Setup/Dowsing Code. Cyclone Energies to counter Spiritomb.

Possible techs:

Mr Mime MT+Mime Jr.
Forcing Gengar, stalling/countering Gyarados and stuff life that.

Porygon 2 GE
An extra Supporter seems very nice.

+ 1-1-1 Luxray (as your only attacker, you can't skimp
+4 Pokemon Rescue
+2 Expert Belt
+2 DCE
+1 Unown Q

Use Roseanne's to get out your Unowns and use them after the Expert Belts have been jettisoned. Use Pokemon Resuces to get back your Unowns. Its a better approach than this whole Department Store and PorygonZ nonsense.
