Top Tier Decks

I would say it depends on where area you are in. More Eastern its mainly Draggy/Blaze, and more towards the West its mostly Rock-Lock. But Emerald is about to be released so I would say lets wait until then to see what decks are Top Tier. But Rock-Lock and Draggy seem to be fighting for that top deck spot.

Im suprised no one is rebultiling metaoxey. Tire 2 yes tire 1 not a chanch

Deoxys isn't all that good...

It's like Crobat ex, seemed good in testing and looks great on paper but in the real-life card game it simply can't keep up.

If you want to play Metagross, play it with Registeel... now there's a powerhouse that can really take advantage of Super Connectivity.

green heal is sceptile(r/s)/sceptile ex/slowbro/pidgeot. You pretty much attack with sceptile ex than if your opp attacks you, you than use sceptile(r/s) move an grass energy to slowbro, use slowbro power and transfer the damage onto itself and than use sceptile ex green heal and pretty much gold berry every poke with an grass energy and than you repeat its a good healing/attacking deck

Everyone seems to be bashing Zap-turn-Dos without giving any examples of how it is not a good deck. (Seems to me like a lot of people have had some not so good experiences against it.) Zappy is a consistant deck, isn't that why it's called Zap-turn-Dos, because you're pretty much guaranteed a turn two Zapdos Ex? I see a lot of great players using them. A lot of people are also using Rayquaza Ex (Dx) to help out their Zappy decks' staying power. And who cares if Zappy isn't the most damage intensive deck out there. The thing that makes it so good is that it shuts you down before you even start (with minimal effort I might add.) Its faster than just about everything out there including Dark Heart, if I'm not mistaken. It runs like a well oiled machine.

Because, it loses to anything that gets setup...

Swarms just overwhelm the deck, when it cannot get that KO.

Nothing is a guaranteed win, that's the truth. Threads like these are so stupid. There pure opinionated and often list nothing but the most popular decks right now.

good point prime.
i personally don't like the idea of everyone copying these deck ideas. stuff like rock-lock, green heal, draggytrode are good if only one or two in each area use them, but when it gets to the stage where everyone uses the same deck, there becomes no point in the game.
that's why new cards are released: to further inspire people to build new decks and make new strategies (and so POP and Nintendo keep earning money from this game  )
If anyone really wants to find ot what the top deck is, make one yourself.

personally, i feel that this thread could become some sort of vote to what the top deck is... don't let it turn into that.

Nowhere near everyone played it. It was the craig kids and Jin Wang that played it. Thatz 4 people.
Renee(Renay) and about two other people where playing it in our division that you didnt say also. I would say there where quite alot of green heals running around.
