Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Top32 decks at Nats...

Any report on top 16, 8, 4, and 2? I wasn't there. I know that Pika.dec won, but I'm not exactly sure how...

I added a few ;)

I like how LBS is everywhere in that list, but not the top 4. :D LBS is now truly just the most overplayed deck, not the best one.

Did anyone notice the Final 4....

10-: Seeds 1-4 all made the top 4.
11-14: Seeds 1-4 all made the top 4.
15+: Seeds 1, 2, and 3 made it plus Seena (13th seed).

I'm impressed.

Apparently the nincadas that he was running were foil. Because the foils from deoxys are somewhat bent naturally, he was able to detect the nincadas by using clear, flimsy deck sleeves.

If this is true, I think it's the first time that the seeds actually played out and finished how they entered.

I know at worlds, and a lot of other tournaments don't play out that way.

I'm wondering how one can prove he did that on purpose...like you said, all cards of Deoxys are sort of that way, he did not do it manually.

Cause in this game we do things the opposite of the court of law. Yes that's right we do GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT!

David's disqualification and suspension were horrible rulings. The deck-checkers should have told him when he registered that his sleeves were not thick enough or SOMETHING.

Yes, I agree... if the judges did not notice his "plan" then, I believe he should have not been disqualified... I recall last year nats when they claimed my deck was marked since all of my sleeves had little white corners at the end due to my extreme shuffling (if you know me you would know I shuffle like a madman, it may be quick but it is done numerous times) and they gave me new sleeves, and only a warning... honestly a disqualifaction and ultimately a BAN for SUPPOSEDLY marked cards? Come on...
