Ok so that would make some room for some warp points good. I just can't get over it, but wouldn't venomoth be a much better choice that tangrowth? Also I keep looking at the Sceptile over and over and I'm just wondering, wouldn't make a good fighting partner for Torterra (Like actually using it in battle)?
Tangrowth's Power Whip attack just combos so well with Sceptile, but Venomoth doesn't get much use out of Sceptile. Sceptile is a terrible Pokemon to put in the active position because of its terrible HP and attack. Just let him sit on the bench and boost the other guys! :thumb:

I don't know about the balls in this deck. Master/Dusk balls might be useful because of the huge amount of Pokemon, but Premier Ball is not a good choice for a deck with such a bad LV.X (and only one) in my opinion. Hmm... how about playing a third Roseanne's Research and a Night Maintenance. Just try different things like I recommended or even try subbing in more grass energy for them. You just need to experiment by testing to really get the deck tweaked to it best performance.

Yeah I thought those two balls would be useful for that reason. If you have different draw suggestions, I would love to hear them. I can get rid of the premier ball because I'm sure summoning Torterra X won't be that hard a task. Roseanne and Maintenance it is.

:EDIT:
I've also taken out 2 pachi because I tested it in redshark. If it had that much of a problem with the Hawaiian Punch (Deck that comes with Redshark) Deck, then it needed to be tweaked a little. I added 2 Grass Energy. Also, I've switched Master Ball with Bebe's Search; I've cut the Celio to 2 as well.
