Strategy is a fast Torterra, T1 60 with DCE and heal everything. When you're behind prizes, Torterra Lv.X's body is basically like a Luxray Bright Look. Torterra SF w/ DCE just laughs at LuxChomp. I tested Torterra out with Spiritomb and it actually helps a ton against the Dialga/Garchomp match up because if they Deafen you, you just set up more and they can't use any trainers.

Oxymoron?

Anyway the new Torterra is good too try that out.

This wouldn't beat a good luxchomp very reliably... You have a ton of easy prizes, and no answer to chatot if you do decide to have spiritomb active. One warp point is also a tad suspect. :/
