I think there should be more effective trainers, and maybe some rare ones:

Galactic Admin- Supporter
Choose a type, then look at your opponent's hand and discard all pokemon of that type, for each card discarded that player draws a card

Retreatcopter- Pokemon Tool
After this pokemon attacks you may discard energy from this pokemon equal to its retreat cost and discard retreatcopter, switch this pokemon with a pokemon on your bench. This you may not use this effect if you already retreated this turn

Wise Glasses- Pokemon Tool
Whenever the pokemon this card is attached to attacks draw 2 cards, whenever the pokemon this card is attached to takes damage discard 3 cards

Galactic Grunt- Supporter
Discard a card from your hand
Whenever this card goes into your discard pile from play draw 4 cards

Department Store- Gym
Whenever a player would draw a card all other players draw a card, Whenever a player would discard a card all other players discard a card

Focus Stone- Pokemon Tool
The attacks of the pokemon this card is attached to deal an additional 10 damage for each pokemon on your bench. After the pokemon this card is attached to attacks discard Focus Stone, this pokemon cannot attack next turn

Umm.. with department store, you should add a clause or something so it doesn't chain to itself. (as in, after you draw a card from its effect, you draw a second from its effect, and then a 3rd, and so on until everyone decks themself.)
 
Here are my fixes:

Galactic Admin (Supporter)
Choose one Energy type. Then, look at your opponent's hand and discard all Pokemon cards that are of that type. Then, your opponent draws that many cards.

Retreat Copter (Pokemon Tool)
After this Pokemon attacks, you may retreat this Pokemon at any time between your turn and your opponent's next turn. Then, discard this card. You can't use this effect if you retreated a Pokemon during your turn.

Wise Glasses (Pokemon Tool)
Whenever this Pokemon damages or puts damage counters on your opponent's Pokemon as the result of an attack, draw 2 cards (after doing damage). Whenever this Pokemon is damaged or has damage counters put on it as a result of your opponent's attack, discard 3 cards from your deck (all if there are less than 3).

Galactic Grunt (Supporter)
Discard 1 card from your hand. If you can't discard a card, you can't play this card.
Draw 5 cards at the end of your turn.

Department Store (Stadium)
Whenver any player draws 1 or more cards from his/her deck due to a card effect (excluding this one), each other player draws 1 card from their decks. Whenever any player discards 1 or more cards from his or her hand due to a card effect (excluding this one), each other player discards 1 card from their hands.

Focus Stone (Pokemon Tool)
If the Pokemon this card is attached to damages the Defending Pokemon, that attack does 10 more damage for each Pokemon on your Bench. After this Pokemon attacks, discard this card and this Pokemon can't attack or retreat during your next turn.

thank you noah but you changed some very key effects.

Galactic Grunt should draw the cards when the supporter goes in the discard pile from play so you don't have those cards in your hand during your opponenets turn

also department store isn't only card effects it is drawing for your turn also
 
ED your org. text on Grunt would give you the cards at the end of the turn there for giving them to you at the end of your turn. noah's fixes are right
