training lvl ???

In competetive play do you have to train your pokemon to lvl 100 to get all the EV's and IV's to kick in or can you stop at lvl 50 and still have the same outcome?

you can stop at lvl 50 as it still have the same ev's/iv's at lvl 50 as it does at lvl 100 if you are just lvl'ing it to 50 after training it

The tournament will auto-level your pokemon to 50 with all the current EV's.
If you have moves/evolutions that go above 50, go for it - but otherwise you can stop at 50 if they are done.
