Hello My Good Friends!

I have two questions today that involve me playing in tournaments outside my country of America. In short, next season I plan on taking a European vacation that involves rest, sightseeing and, of course, Pokemon Trading Card Game! It is my hopes to be able to play in these TCG events without any issues.

Question one, for European Regional and State/Province Championships, are English written cards allowed to be played?

Question two, can a player from America participate and earn CP at any Regional OR state/province Championships even if they do not have citizenship in the particular country?

If you have any links to the rule book regarding my questions, I would value them very much!

Thank you so much in advance for any and all information you may have on my two concerns! I hope to hear from someone who is kind, knowledgeable and true fan of Pokemon TCG!

English cards are legal everywhere (except Japan)

Yes. The only event that limits who can win (some) prizes is Nationals.

If you want more detailed answers you can post in one of the forums that members outside of the Rules Team can respond.
