Dialgachomp already autowins cursegar and vilegar, you don't need absol for that.

Absol G lv.x is way better than the Prime

There's a better Gengar Counter than Absol Prime: Weavile G. Built in Call, free retreat, can already make use of DCE. All it would need is a spec dark. I don't think the deck gains anything; There isn't much you could nab with Twins that a Cyrus couldn't grab.

Twins can net you special energy cards so you don't have to run Energy Exchanger and can net you basic pokémon like Uxie with Cyrus you would first have to get a Collector.
