hey poke gym my bro competed in 2011 world champs for tcg but im not sure what email he wouldve gotten the codes under so im worried that the code is lost in some sort of limbo what do you think i could do about it thanks for the help in advance.

I would email support and tell them his name and possibly, but not likely due to privacy reasons, they will be able to tell you what email it was sent to. They might have a few tricks to verify who he is though so I believe this is your best bet in resolving this issue.
