...yes, really. This isn't an April's Fools or whatever. I've been wanting to build this deck for a while but I don't really care about this game too much, but maybe people here can do something with it. Deck is completely untested because no one plays the game in my country (*cut self*)

Pokemon (20)
4 Chikorita d
3 Bayleef UF
3 Meganium UF
2 Meganium EX UF
4 Holon's Castform
1 Holon's Magnemite
1 Latios*
1 Skarmory EX

Trainers (27)
4 Transceiver
3 Rare Candy
3 Mentor
3 Windstorm
3 PETM
3 Sitrus Berry
2 Adventurer
2 Copycat
2 Steven's
1 Castaway
1 Farmer
1 Cessation Crystal

Energy (13)
13 Grass

This is my first attempt at building the deck, as I can't be bothered to playtest it or correct it too much.
Strategy: Start with Castform and Delta Draw. Get Meganiums as soon as possible. Meganium UF attacks with Bouncy Move as soon as possible and does just enough to KO the opponent. Meganium EX provides energy acceleration and heals Meganium UF. Meganium d is tempting to put here due to the very useful power, but in reality it 'wastes' you a Chikorita, which isn't very beneficial... I put it here to see what people think about it. The idea is to attack quickly - Meganium UF can do 100 whenever you want to, and the recoil damage is removed pretty quickly.

Latios* can be acceled with Meganium EX so it's here. Skarmory EX is because things are likely to retreat against Meganium's healing power, especially Pokemon with over 100 HP that take two turns to kill. Sitrus Berry heals Meganium right after Bouncy Moves, and therefore isn't vneurable to Windstorm. Cessation is a tech in case I need to shut down my own Meganium's power for a kill, and so Castaway fits nicely. Farmer is because how fragile Meganium UF is and because of the single evolution line.

Is there something that gets past the grass resistance that is common in the metagame? This deck really needs it (and has space for it too)

MATCHUPS (all untested as of yet):

Bandoom: This should be easy really. Meganium OHKOs everything there.

Raieggs: Zappp does nothing with Meganium's power... however quick hits could be a problem with Eggy and metallic thunder.

Metanite: Autoloss :( With Grass resistance everywhere and even Latios* being Grass resistant you can forget about ever winning this.

TTar EX UF: The thing is weak to Grass and a little slow on setup, so you should win quite easily with good play.

Armaldo EX: See TTar UF.

Super Stantler: ...is this a real deck? Anyway I have no idea really, but due to the fact that you use a single evolution line AND have delta draw AND Stantler's HP is relatively low this should be yours. Also Stantler turning off Healing Aroma with Cessation doesn't do much as you OHKO it anyway.

Flariados: Nobody plays this, but if they would it would rip you apart, what with bringing in Meganium EXs.

Polistall: um lol. Yeah this is yours due to resistance.

Flygon EX/Other Stage 2 EX decks: These are problematic... you need to play smart to avoid killing yourself with Bouncy Move since you can't OHKO their active. You could win this on theory... again, needs playtesting.

Sallygross: Well atleast Sally isn't resistant to grass. But you can't OHKO them with Bouncy Move and they don't have to Delta Blast you because you are weak to fire :\

Mewtric: Might be winnable due to Mew EX's low HP and the fact that this deck doesn't rely on trainers too much.

CONCLUSION: So as you can see in the current metagame this deck performs pretty horribly (...lol) due to all around bias against grass, and Metanite being so popular. However this deck does seem playable still, just on tourneys at the moment. Tell me what you think.

EDIT1: -1 Meganium d, -2 Fluffy Berry +3 Sitrus Berry

add in the sitrus berry and maybe some more castaway.

I made something like this once:

4 Chikorita
2 Bayleef
3 Meganium UF
2 Meganium Ex
2 Slowpoke
2 Slowking UF
4 Mawile CG

the trainers are fine but use the Scottaway engine and 4 sitrus berry and 3 Buffer piece.

Lose fluffy berry for sitruis berry.

That's actually a good idea. Will do.

[fix goes here]

Thanks, but I don't like your suggestions, it just makes it inconsistant. I like the Castform Engine here for draw and it fits nicely with Meganium EX's power. Slowking is completely unnecessary, and more than 2 Castaways are, too. Scott engines are inferior to Transceiver. Going defensive with Buffer Piece just gives the opponent time to get healed by my own Meganium's power.

Crystal shard gets around grass resistance.

Haha, can't believe I missed that. Might add one for Latios* and Salamence, but really it's sort of pointless because the only deck I really need it for is Metanite and I'll never have enough Crystal Shards to beat it.

with only 4 of your pokemon being delta, at best you'll end up having a mediocre delta draw. You should try a different starter like Mawile.

If you want to keep hte delta draw then add in Latilock.
Use energy root instead of cessation crystal, it boosts your HP and adds to your healing theme I guess.
GJ tho! looks solid for untested and with nobody to play with.

i love meganium uf, the card rox
unfortunatly, the format hates him
there is too much one hit ko's for the deck to function correctly, so the deck flops, unfortunatly
still, nice to see people are still making it see play

I played a Meganium UF/Pidgeot at the Grinder last year, when 7-2, with not enough resistance to miss out on the worlds. Meg UF body doesn't work on EX's, and Skarmory EX is a contridiction with the deck. (30 damage if retreat, but then Meg will heal it anyhow?)

Drop The Meganium EX concept, add DRE's and Scrambles.
